Why grade listings instead of spraying applications?
The standard advice is volume: apply to as many as you can. But most applications are ghosted, and a wall of near-misses just burns your evenings and your morale. The problem isn't effort — it's targeting.
We grade each listing against your profile across ten weighted dimensions — role fit, seniority, pay signal, location, red flags and more — then show only grade B or above. A listing that scores low isn't a “bad job”; it's one that's unlikely to convert against your profile, so it isn't worth your evening.
How it works
- Set your profile once — target roles, seniority, location, salary, skills.
- Search live UK listings — keywords, location, distance, optional minimum salary.
- Get each one graded A–F — up to 25 listings scored against your profile.
- Apply only to the ones worth it — grade B and above, sorted best-first.

What it won't do
Won't auto-apply. We never submit an application for you. We grade listings; you decide where your name goes.
Won't hoard listings. Listings belong to the source. We read them live through a licensed aggregator feed and cache your graded results for 24 hours, then let them expire.
Won't inflate a grade. Most listings won't clear grade B for a given person — that's the point. Honest grades save you time.
